We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter form: name and email address. Additionally, we may process technical data derived from browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you give your consent.
3. Purpose of the processing
The data is used to manage your subscription to the Codecraftkh newsletter, to send you informative content about the real estate sector and, where appropriate, to answer your queries. It is not used to offer financial products.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis is your explicit consent when filling in and sending the form, as well as the legitimate interest of the company in maintaining an informative relationship with subscribed persons.
5. Data retention
Your data will be retained as long as you keep your subscription and, once you unsubscribe, for the period legally required to attend to possible liabilities.

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except by legal obligation. For the technical management of the site we may use service providers located within the European Union acting as data processors.
